I think it totally depends on what part of the city you life. If you give us more info I bet someone could recommend a good cleaning person. I just finally bit the bullet and hired someone to come once/month and clean. I have about 2400 sq ft and she charges me $85 per clean. It's so hard to suck it up and pay to have someone clean when I could absolutely do it myself, I just have no time and haven't felt hte urge to make the time.  I have a neighbor that uses the Cleaning Authority and she's quite happy with them. She probably has 3,000 sq ft or a bit more and she pays $125 every two weeks. I think they're stricter with their schedule (every two weeks) and what they clean, etc.  But she's been very happy with them for years.
