I gained 5 pounds on vacation a month ago and it hasn't come off yet. I don't know why, I mean I go to the gym once a month, drink about one glass of water a day amd eat like crap :) So I need to get in gear.
I've decided I want to try to eat a ton of fish and chicken this week, with veggies - and of course drink water - as soon as I'm finished with my coffee ;)
So does anyone have any great preparations that would be good for chicken and/or fish. It needs to be healthy, of course. And I really dislike fish, so just about the only fish I can tolerate is a mild white fish (tilapia esque) or an occasional tuna steak. I do love other seafood, though, so that's an option too.
I want things that I'm going to say "Wow! That is so yummy I forgot it's healthy!"
We just just about all styles of food (asian, southern, mediterranean, etc) and love to grill.
